There are so many kids clothing shops I follow on Instagram and I could literally spend all our money dressing Lily :/ It’s a problem. I have really been wanting to get Lily some jeans from this awesome online shop but I have not been able to bring myself to pay $30.00 for jeans with holes in them that she will outgrow super fast. I thought it can’t be that hard to add the holes myself. So I headed over to You Tube and found this great tutorial. I added the holes on her knees in about 30 minutes. The process was a little tedious to start but once I started it wasn’t bad.
Oh and I didn’t tell you the best part. I found the jeans on clearance at Old Navy for $4.99 🙂 First I tried the jeans on her and marked where I wanted the holes with tape. Then I got to work with cutting and pulling the threads. I ended up making the holes bigger after I finished the first leg.
Here she is sporting her mommy made cool jeans.
Anyone else tried ripping up their kids clothes? 🙂
